Ferry Dock RFP review
Discussion of the received RFPs.
The Grant could be up to $ 250,000.
Recommendation – heavier tie rods, hoops on the pilings, recommend ramps and docks wood and sheet pile 20 feet deep
MOTION - DICK GODUDI MOVED TO NOTIFY THE SELECTMEN OF THE HARBOR COMMISSION’S CHOICE OF CT RIVER AND DOCK AS THE CONTRACTOR, WITH THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS, HEAVIER TIE RODS, HOOPS ON THE PIOLINGS, WOODEN RAMPS AND DOCKS AND SHEET PILE DOWN 20 FEET; ROSS BYRNE SECONDED

The Commission is sending letter to DEP requesting expediting COP.
North Cove dredge update
$ 4,000,000 request for dredge funds sent to Liebermann and Courtney by the Selectman’s Office.
7. Harbor Master Report
Mooring permits have been mailed to everyone who had a permit last year (the areas outside of North Cove)
Correspondence
Letter from Mr. Michael Peske read into the minutes. He and his father will not be offered a mooring.

Update on COP request for clothesline marina. Dick Goduti will continue to work with DEP. Ray Collins will talk to the DEP Commissioner. Jim Mitchell will contact Strick Hyde to start removing all galvanized pipes in the clothesline area.
