      B.  Correspondence

-The Commission noted the letter received from Barbara Aubin of 152 North Cove Road, dated October 1, 2007.  Mrs. Aubin was not present, but the commission discussed her comments with her husband who was in attendance.  He raised concern over the lack of a site plan when approving the new driveway at 158 North Cove Road at the September 20, 2007 Historic District Meeting.  R. Bradbury stated as commission members they are responsible for completing a site walk on the property.  With both the site walk and the information provided at the public hearing, the commission felt it had adequate information to make a decision on the application. The commission indicated that even with a site plan, their decision would not have been any different. Mrs. DiBella spoke in support of Mr. Aubin; stating the by laws call for a site plan and this should have been required for this application.   Mr. Aubin also stated he has since spoken with the contractor for the site (Kwas), and both feel the project will be alright for all parties involved.
-R. Bradbury stated in an effort to make full disclosure, the commission must require a site plan with any application in which site work is being done.  She requested this be passed along to the staff level.

-L. Tietjen presented the Commission with a letter quoting prices for a metal guard rail with a wood front for the Guard/Guide rail to be installed on North Cove Road.
