MOTION to approve as presented the minutes of December 18, 2006. MADE by R. Bradbury. SECONDED by T. Miglio. VOTED IN FAVOR: R. Wendler, R. Bradbury, T. Miglio OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none; APPROVED: 3-0-0.

C. Election of Officers
Tamara Miglio nominated Robert Wendler for Chairman. Robert Wendler appointed Chairman by a vote of 3-0.
Robert Wendler nominated Randi Bradbury for Vice Chairman. Randi Bradbury appointed Vice Chairman by a vote of 3-0.
D. Appointment of Representatives
None.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
South Green Historic District: Residents voted and defeated the new district. 83 ½ votes were in favor and 30 votes were against. 36 votes were needed for 2/3 approval.

MOTION to adjourn meeting at 8:25 until the next regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Acton Public Library, 60 Old Boston Post Road. MADE by R. Wendler.
