Vice Chairman Robert Wendler called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

III. REVIEW OF MINUTES
The following corrections were made to the minutes from the November 2, 2006 meeting:

IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Report on the “South Green Historic District”
The Commission had hoped to have a new map to review but because of a staff change the new map has not been completed. The Congregational Church properties will be deleted.
The Commission received no correspondence from the community.
The regulations regarding mailing deadlines were read and discussed. Resident mailings will be sent in January, 2007.
Photographs of residences at 31 Old Boston Post Road and 315 Main Street will be removed from the profile along with the South Green sign.
MOTION: to approve the amended report draft and map and forward to the Board of Selectman along with copies of the minutes from the meetings of November 2, 2006 and November 27, 2006. MADE by R. Bradbury. SECONDED by R. Wendler. VOTED IN FAVOR: T. Miglio, R. Wendler; R. Bradbury OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none APPROVED: 3-0-0.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: to adjourn meeting at 8:20 until the next regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 18, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at the Acton Public Library on 60 Old Boston Post Road. MADE by T. Miglio.
