I. CALL TO ORDER
Acting Chairman Robert Wendler called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Regular meetings for 2007 will be held every 3rd Thursday of the month, specifically January 18, February 15, March 15, April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19, August 16, September 20, October 18, November 15 and December 20.
MOTION: to amend the by-laws, Section 1. Change meeting scheduling to 12 regularly scheduled meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month. MADE by R. Bradbury. SECONDED by L. Tietjen. VOTED IN FAVOR: L. Tietjen, R. Wendler; R. Bradbury OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none APPROVED: 3-0-0.
MOTION: to reconsider motion to amend the by-laws, Section 1. Change meeting scheduling to 12 regularly scheduled meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month. MADE by R. Bradbury. SECONDED by L. Tietjen. VOTED IN FAVOR: L. Tietjen, R. Wendler; R. Bradbury OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none APPROVED: 3-0-0.

Town Planner Christine Nelson will contact Attorney Cronin regarding when to hold HDC elections.

MOTION: to adjourn meeting at 8:15 until the next regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at the Acton Public Library on 60 Old Boston Post Road. MADE by R. Wendler.
