  • CALL TO ORDER
Mr. LaMay called the Public Hearing to Order at 7:00 P.M.

  • PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mr. LaMay led in the pledge.

  • ROLL CALL
Mr. LaMay introduced the members of the Board of Finance.

IV.      PUBLIC HEARING: BOARD OF EDUCATION;  TOWN GOV’T. BUDGETS
Ms. Perruccio presented the Board of Education Budget power point presentation.  Ms. Pendleton presented the finance and operations piece of Board of Education Budget power point presentation.

Mr. Fortuna presented the Town Government Budget power point presentation.  Ms. Palladino presented the finance piece of the Town Government Budget power point presentation.

VI.      PUBLIC COMMENT
Superintendent Perruccio and Selectman Fortuna answered questions with regard to the following:

  • Special Education
  • State revenues
  • Student Bus Transportation
  • Town Government Departments budget process
Selectman Fortuna announced that the Annual Budget Meeting will be May 1, 2017.  The Budget Referendum will be May 9, 2017.

Hearing no other public comments, Chairman LaMay thanked everyone for attending and  closed the Public Hearing.

VII.    ADJOURNMENT
        Public Hearing adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
