1.~~~~~~ To act upon a recommendation from the BOS that the BOF recommend to Town Meeting an appropriation of $11400 to install a high efficiency gas boiler and hot water heater, said funds to be derived from the capital non-recurring fund.
2.~~~~~~ To act upon a recommendation from the BOS that the BOF recommend to Town Meeting an appropriation $4200 to complete the painting of the window system above the front door, said funds to be derived from the capital non-recurring fund
3.~~~~~~ To act upon a recommendation from the BOS that the BOF recommend to Town Meeting an appropriation $6300 to complete the painting of the Katharine Hepburn front columns, said funds to be derived from the capital non-recurring fund
