CALL TO ORDER
Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm

REGULAR BUSINESS
A. Approval of Minutes: September 10, 2015 Meeting
MOTION: To approve the minutes of the September 10, 2015 EDC Meeting with the correction that they are “Regular Meeting Minutes”. MADE: by J. Keating SECONDED: by J. DeCristoforo. VOTED IN FAVOR: C. Conklin, J. DeCristoforo, B. Greenfield, J. Keating, S. Roberts; OPPOSED: None; ABSTAINED: None; APPROVED 5-0-0
        

B. Correspondence & Announcements
a. A letter was received from Attorney David Royston.  C. Conklin read the letter to the EDC.  Atty. Royston, on behalf of his clients, is encouraged that the EDC will be holding public comment sessions and requested learning of the dates as soon as they are available.
                
OLD BUSINESS
A. Mariner’s Way Zoning Public Comment Meetings
Commissioners reviewed the Introductory Letter to property owners who will receive information packets regarding the proposed changes for their property.  Changes were suggested for the Introductory Letter. C. Costa and S. Beckman will work together to make the changes and send a final draft to the Commissioners for approval.  

Commissioners reviewed the list of property owners.  S. Beckman will send the list to Commissioners.

The Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on October 1 to discuss the outline for the Public Comment Sessions drafted by J. Keating.  J. Keating suggested using large maps.  S. Prisloe will be asked to create large maps for reference during the Public Comment Meetings.  Maps will be displayed around the room for property owners to review and ask questions.  The meeting will be held in the First Floor Conference Room if it is available.

Dates for the Public Comment Sessions were discussed.  The Pavilion was unavailable for the original dates suggested.  Alternative dates were discussed.  S. Beckman will check on availability of the Pavilion for those dates and report back to the Commissioners.
