The Chairman of the Zoning Commission called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

III. WORKSHOP
A. Incentive Housing
Attorney Branse presented a brief orientation to new statute enabling towns to create affordable housing and answered general questions. Ms. Costa presented an overview of the types of housing that currently exist in Old Saybrook. The group discussed of appropriate types of housing and eligible locations by looking at aerial photographs of the town.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Chairman of the zoning Commission adjourned the meeting at 9:34 p.m.
