I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman J. Colin Hoffman called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

A. Minutes
MOTION to APPROVE the Minutes of January 19, 2017; MADE by R. Esty, SECONDED by E. Steffen; VOTING IN FAVOR: C. Heffernan, R. Esty, J. Esty, C. Wehrly, E. Steffen, P. Carver, P. Kay; OPPOSED: None; ABSTAINING: none; APPROVED: 7-0-0.
B. Correspondence & Announcements
It was announced that Chris Costa will be filling in for Sandy Prisloe who is leaving June 1, 2017.
MOTION to ACCEPT Chris Costa to serve as interim replacement for Sandy Prisloe; MADE by C. Heffman, SECONDED by J. Esty; VOTING IN FAVOR: C. Heffernan, R. Esty, J. Esty, C. Wehrly, E. Steffen, P. Carver, P. Kay; OPPOSED: None; ABSTAINING: none; APPROVED: 7-0-0.

IV. OLD BUSINESS
- Discussion concerning Registration Modification & Transfer
430 Middlesex Turnpike,( Map 57/Lot 41-17)
Owner: Leaching Systems, LLC, David Potts
David Potts requested the transfer of registration from Robert C. Sorensen. There was discussion regarding the date on the Certificate of Registration and the APA felt it needed correcting before any transfer could be done. Chris Costa explained that errors had been made and was unsure how they could be corrected. After more discussion a motion was made:
MOTION to transfer registration R14-001 to the new owner, David Potts, as of March 20, 2019; MADE by P. Carver, SECONDED by P. Kay; VOTING IN FAVOR: C. Heffernan, R. Esty, J. Esty, C. Wehrly, E. Steffen, P. Carver, P. Kay; OPPOSED: None; ABSTAINING: none; APPROVED: 7-0-0.
After reviewing Mr. Potts application to register he was asked exactly what he proposing. He told the APA that he felt he was grand fathered into the Sorensen certificate and could increase his fuel as long as it is within five years. There was more discussion and the Agency asked Mr. Potts to present exactly what he was proposing to them. Mr. Potts said he wanted to think about it and apply at a later date.
V. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 P.M. until the next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Aquifer Protection Agency scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2017, Town Hall, 302 Main Street, 1st Floor Conference Room; ; MADE: by C.
