- Staff Report
- Revise Annual Meeting Schedule
At the June 16, 2011 meeting of the Aquifer Protection Agency, Commission members discussed changing the Aquifer Protection Agency meeting schedule from once a month meetings to quarterly meetings noting that, if needed, a special meeting could be called.
P. Smith said that per the advice of the DEEP, the Aquifer Protection Agency needed to revise its schedule and return back to a monthly meeting schedule. However, if there are no new applications, the monthly meetings can be cancelled.
MOTION to revise the APA meeting schedule so it is concurrent with the IWWC meetings which meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 302 Main Street, 1st Floor Conference Room. MADE by K. Gallagher; SECONDED by W. Pollock; VOTED IN FAVOR: P. Smith, R. McIntyre, K. Gallagher, C. Sohl, C. Wehrly, W. Pollock; OPPOSED: none; ABSTAINED: none.; APPROVED: 6-0-0.
