I. Mr. Pendleton called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Present: Guy Pendleton, Susan Missel, Kingmon Snow, Anita Yust, alternate and I Ben Aiken, alternate.
Absent: Barbara D’Agostino and Anthony Brodeur.
Attendant Staff: Stella Beaudoin, Recording Clerk.
III. NEW BUSINESS
- “Amy Terray, DC, The Spring” Signs
1381 Boston Post Road, Map 26/Lot 12
Business B-4 District
Applicant: Amy Terray, D.C.
This is an application for a 35” x 12’ sign to be situated at the top of the building and two separate 16” x 5’ pylon signs to be situated by the road. Ms. Terray stated that Christine Costa is working with the landlord to insure that all of the signs that are comprised of the freestanding kiosk are conforming.
MOTION to recommend approval of the sign as presented of “Amy Terray, DC, The Spring” Signs, 1381 Boston Post Road, Map 26/Lot 12, B-4 District, Applicant: Amy Terray, D.C. for a non-illuminated 35” x 12’ roof sign and situated at the top of the building and two separate 16” x 5’ pylon signs to be situated by the road; MADE by S. Missel; SECONDED by K. Snow; APPROVED by T. Pendleton, S. Missel and K Snow (3-0-0).

MOTION to table the approval of the 8/13/2012 meeting Minutes; MADE by T. Pendleton SECONDED by K. Snow; APPROVED by T. Pendleton, S. Missel and K Snow (3-0-0).
B. Correspondence~
A letter dated August 27, 2012 from Linda McCall, Youth and Family Services inviting the Board to participate in the annual Family Day celebration on Saturday, September 22, 2012.
C. Committee, Representative & Staff Reports – No reports.
