REGULAR MEETING

I. CALL TO ORDER
Theodore Pendleton, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Present: Theodore Pendleton, Chairman, Anthony Brodeur, Kingmon B. Snow, Jr., Anita Yust, Alternate and I. Ben Akin, Alternate.
Absent: Barbara D’Agostino
Attendant Staff: Christine Nelson, Town Planner and Joanne Rynecki, Land Use Clerk.

The Board participated in a visual preference survey as conducted by Joanne Rynecki to orient themselves to the qualitative elements of sign. The Board discussed at length its preferences for design standards.
The Minutes from the March 26, 2012 meeting were not available for review and approval.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION to adjourn the April 9, 2012 meeting to the next regularly scheduled meeting of Monday, April 23, 2012 in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 302 Main Street; MADE by I Ben Aiken; SECONDED by Kingmon Snow; APPROVED by T. Pendleton, K. Snow, B. Akin, Anita Yust (5-0-0).
