Case 06-04 The application of Herbert and Ann L. Clark for variances as to Article VI Section A-1 of the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance to allow an existing lot to become a buildable lot with 176.16 feet of frontage where 200 feet would be required, and to allow the driveway to not be within the required frontage of the lot. The lot in question is located at Stage Road (Map 18, Lot 17A) and is owned by Herbert A. Clark and Ann L. Clark.
