Case 06-05 The application of Christopher and Amanda Dellario for a variance to Article VI Section F of the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a two bedroom, approximately 1100 square foot accessory apartment where 420ft is the maximum allowed. The lot in question is located at 18 Stepping Stone Road (Map 8, Lot 18-2) and is owned by Christopher and Amanda Dellario.
Case 06-06 The application of Daniel and Teresa Burke for a variance to Article VI Section A2 of the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance to allow the replacement of a 25ft by 25ft cottage with a 26ft by 26ft detached garage which will be 12ft from the east property line and 17ft from the front property line. The lot in question is located at 31 Seaman’s Point Road (Map 68, Lot 95-96) and is owned by Daniel and Teresa Burke.
