Case 06-03 The application of Christopher Albert for a Special Exception to Article VI Section A-2 of the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a 66ft wide by 140ft long indoor horse arena to be 20ft from the right property line over an existing outdoor arena and 20ft from Tax Map 41 Lot 9. The lot in question is located at 36 Stage Road, Route 152 (Map 41, Lot 8-5) and is owned by Christopher Albert.
