NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the Nottingham Community Center, Conference Room #1 or the Multi-Purpose Room to discuss and consider a request filed by the Neighborhood Guardians for an appeal of the Planning Board decision regarding the site plan review for Garrison Place Real Estate Investment Trust (a.k.a. USA Springs, Inc.) on November 16, 2005.
This will not be a public hearing. A representative of the appealing party, the Neighborhood Guardians, and a representative of the applicant, Garrison Place Real Estate Investment Trust (a.k.a. USA Springs, Inc.), will each have a maximum of 15 minutes to present their side of the question, following which, the Zoning Board will decide whether or not to accept the appeal.
Should the appeal be accepted, a public hearing will then be scheduled by the Zoning Board.
