Selectmen’s Workshop
April 10, 2008
8:30 AM Mr. Netishen opened the meeting and asked all present to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Present: Bill Netishen, Mary Bonser and Peter Bock.
Others present: Town Administrator Charles Brown.
Motion: Netishen, second Bonser to enter non-public session under RSA 91A: 3 II (a). Vote: Bock yes, Bonser yes, Netishen yes, 3-0 in favor.
10:45 AM Motion: Netishen, second Bock to come out of non-public session.
Vote: 2-0 in favor.
Upon return to regular session:
No action was taken in non-public session. Ms. Bonser had left the meeting for a prior commitment.
Motion: Netishen, second Bock to keep all discussion non-public.
Vote: 2-0 in favor.
Having no further business,
10:47 AM Motion: Bock, second Netishen to adjourn.
Vote: 2-0 in favor.
