Selectmen’s Work Session
November 5, 2007
5:30 PM Chair Bock opened the meeting.
Members Present: Peter Bock, Bill Netishen, Mary Bonser and Town Administrator Charles Brown.
Others: John F. Teague
Motion: Bonser, second Netishen to recess meeting and go into consultation with counsel.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
7:05 PM Meeting was reconvened.
Motion: Bonser, second Netishen to hold a Special Town Meeting on December 15, 2007 @ 9:00 AM at the Nottingham Elementary School to address a petition submitted by Nottingham residents.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
Mr. Brown informed the Board that Mr. David Hynes from DRA has completed his review of the Town’s most recent assessments and should provide us with the official approval by Friday of this week.
Motion: Netishen, second Bonser to accept assessed valuations as reviewed and approved by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) and sign the MS-1 form with these valuations for submittal to DRA.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
