Selectmen’s Workshop Meeting
July 25, 2007
8:30AM Chair Bock opened the meeting.
Members Present: Peter Bock, Bill Netishen, Mary Bonser and Charles Brown, Town Administrator.
Others: Heidi Seaverns
The Board members & Recreation Director Janet Horvath went out to the proposed garden expansion area. The Board members expressed concern about the proposed frog pond’s proximity to the children’s play area.
Next, the Board members reviewed additional documentation provided by Dot Beam in regard to her request for abatement of interest paid on real estate taxes. After review & discussion,
Motion: Netishen, second Bock to deny request from Dot Beam to abate interest paid on real estate taxes for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
The Board members then signed an Intent to Cut for Map 69 Lot 4. Taxes are not current but a bond has been posted.
9:02 AM Motion: Bonser, second Bock to enter non-public session under RSA 91A: 3 II (a) & (c).
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
10:00 AM Motion: Bonser, second Netishen to come out of non-public session.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
10:00 AM Motion: Bonser, second Bock to keep all discussions in non-public session sealed.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
