Vice Chair Dean called the meeting to order at approximately 7:05 pm. Mr. Davies was seated for the open seat.
Discussion with resident on a parcel missing a subdivision approval-Harold Horne
Mrs. Sears gave the Board a brief update of a resident with a problem but Mr. Horne was not present to discuss in detail. Mrs. Sears stated that since Mr. Horne was not present he must have solved this issue.
Continued-Proposed Subdivision Regulations Review with Attorney’s comments
The Board continued to discuss the attorney’s comments on the proposed Subdivision Regulation. The Board will be meeting with the town attorney to review at the August 26th meeting. A public hearing for the proposed Subdivision Regulations has not been set.
Point of Order: Ms. Bonser left the meeting; the meeting ended. There is no meeting next week.
