Chair Smith called the meeting to order at approximately 7:12pm.
The Board discussed zoning changes for the upcoming year, what documents might be available in the office, and whether or not the changes that were discussed at our first Public Hearing in January had been incorporated into the documents. Peter Gylfphe had the documents, and it was determined that the changes had been incorporated. Bill made copies for the Board.
The Board then discussed the COD, and COD subdivision regulations. It was asked if the changes to date had been incorporated into new documents so that we have clean copies to work with at our next workshop.
Discussion then switched back to the proposed zoning changes for the upcoming year. Some minor changes were made. In section A.1. The bulletized Dwelling Unit Requirements should be lettered.
The Board ajorned at 9:00pm.
