Planning Board minutes for meeting 11-07-07
Call to order 7:08 PM

Members Present: Peter Gyiphie, Gail Mills, David Smith, Mary Bonser

Opened Tuttle LLA at 7:15
No abutters present, reviewed outstandmg item, mcorrect abutters list The mcorrectly notified abutter had
been cleared up. Mary B made the motion to accept and approve, Peter G seconded. The vote was
unanimously in favor. The board signed the plans.

7:30 Opened Major Home Occupation Charlene Anderson
The application was discussed, Charlene already has an existing Minor Home Occupation, and would like
to place a sign on her property. One abutter was present Earl Rourke spoke in favor of the application.
stating that there already many signs for businesses on Garland Road, Charlene is a good neighbor, and he
doesn’t feel that adding a sign to her property would alter the appearance of the neighborhood. Peter G
made a motion to approve the application, Gail M seconded, the board voted unanimously to approve.

7:40 Opened Howard/Giles Subdivision
David S read a letter submitted by the surveyor requesting a continuance. Mary motioned to recess the
hearing till 11-28-07 at 7:15, Peter G seconded, the board voted unanimously to approve.

7:45 Opened the Cook /Pearl subdivision
Discussed one outstanding item, no letter has been received from the Fire Department yet, the request hasn’t
been made by our office yet. After some discussion it was decided that Michele Beauchamp our
representative from SRPC would hand deliver the plans and request for review to the Fire Department on
Thursday. Peter G made the motion to recess until 7:15 on 11-14-07, Mary seconded. The board voted
unanimously in favor.

8:05 Opened Preliminary discussion Dan Mathers
An audience member James Grippo was also present with Dan to discuss requirements that the Town might
impose on a campground on his property. Some discussion followed regarding details of the proposed
campground. Dan was asked to refer to our Site plan and Zoning regulations as he moves ahead with state
regulations

The board decided to have a workshop on 11-14-07 at 7:15 after short meeting of the CIP committee.
At 8:35 Peter G motioned to adjourn, Gail seconded, the board voted unanimously in favor.
