Notice is hereby given that the Nottingham Planning Board will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting/hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1 at the Town Municipal Office. The Planning Board will discuss the following:

Case #P13-006-SIT – James and Linda Fernald for a site plan review and acceptance to lease building #9 to others, located at Tax Map 29 Lot 8-1, 240 Stage Road.
Case #P13-0005-SUB – Kenneth & Marilyn Cardillo: Map 12 lots 17 & 18, property located on Kennard Road and Winter Street. Proposed lot line adjustment/subdivision creating one new lot of record.
Public Hearing for paving on Ledge Farm Road, which is deemed a scenic road.
