7:00pm Public hearing:
1. To remove Enclosure #1, Enclosure #2 (Subdivision/Site Plan Procedural Outline), and Enclosure #3 (Subdivision Impact Assessment Form) from the May 2006 Subdivision Rules and Regulations. In doing so the references made to the enclosures shall reflect their respective titles.
2. Under Section IIIC the words “items in Enclosure (2) I.B-F” shall be removed.
7:10pm Discussion with Tim Roache of Strafford Regional Planning Commission regarding a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Transportation.
