NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING BOARD
TOWN OF NOTTINGHAM
Notice is hereby given in accordance with NH RSA 675:3, 675:6 and 675:7 that the Planning Board of the Town of Nottingham will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 30, 2006 at 7:00pm in the Nottingham Town Offices in order to present and discuss proposed amendments to the Nottingham Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
1. To remove Enclosure #1, Enclosure #2 (Subdivision/Site Plan Procedural Outline), and Enclosure #3 (Subdivision Impact Assessment Form) from the May 2006 Subdivision Rules and Regulations. In doing so the references made to the enclosures shall reflect their respective titles.
2. Under Section IIIC the words “items in Enclosure (2) I.B-F” shall be removed.
The full text of these proposed changes will be available at the Town Office and the Planning Board office during the regularly scheduled hours of those offices.
