NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF NOTTINGHAM
Notice is hereby given in accordance with NH RSA 675:3, 675:6 & 675:7 that the Planning Board of the Town of Nottingham will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Nottingham Town Offices in order to present and discuss proposed amendments to the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance Regulations to be presented to the voters on March 14, 2006.
To add a proposed article XVI. RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TIMING AND PHASING ORDINANCE in accordance with NH RSA 674:21 to define types of subdivisions and to phase in the development of tracts of land and future subdivisions.
To amend and clarify the sign ordinance, as follows: Section III., delete A. 1. b. 3. and A. 2. b. 3., amend C. 4., delete C. 5. b., replace J., delete V. C. 1.
To Amend Definition Section XV. 27. Junk.
To delete Amendment #1, Interim Growth Management Ordinance.
The full text of these proposed amendments will be available at the Town Office, Planning Board Office and Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours of the named locations.
