NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen and Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Town Offices, in Conference Room # 1, to discuss the acquisition of a parcel of land owned by Ronald Kennard, located on Kennard Road, identified as Map 11 Lots 6. Total acreage of the parcel is 34.1 acres for the purposes of a conservation easement. These rights would be purchased with money from the Conservation fund.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
