Reconvene to vote again on budget after additional $2500 was added to budget. Original vote was 9-0 to approve budget. New vote 2-7 to not recommend budget, passes with $2500 added for reverse 911 phones in elementary school.
Article 14- School locker type and positioning was reworded and voted on with a 7-1-1 abstain, recommending this article.
Accept minutes of 2-3-11 with a 6-2-1 vote.
Request (2-3-11) will be sent to BOS regarding private or emergency road.
Bussing to CBNA discussed. Now have credit for transportation pad out to parents. Payments from parents to CBNA difficult to understand. Susan to look into this.

School bldg committee - $7500 is removed from architectural fees. Proceed in 3/12 when/if state aid is available.
John opposed to 911phone call system because it is put out on short notice and without other choices.
