Board of Selectmen's Meeting Minutes
April 17, 2002
Mr. Mariano opened the meeting and introduced the Board members and Jim Boudreau, Town Administrator.
MOTION: Mr. Gaynor moved the Board approve the agenda as written. Second by Mr. Merritt.

MOTION: Mr. Gaynor moved the Board open the Public Hearing. Second by Mr. Merritt.

New Business
MOTION: Mr. Gaynor moved the Board approve the request from Bare Cove Caterers for a One Day License to sell Wines & Malt only at an event at the Cushing Center May 4, 2002 between the hours of 7:30 PM and 11 PM and May 5, 2002 between the hours of 3:30 and 6 PM. Second by Mr. Merritt.

Road Openings
MOTION: Mr. Gaynor moved the Board approve the request from Bay State Gas for a Road Opening Permit to excavate to cut off gas service to 1134 Main St. A 3' x 5' road cut will be needed. Dig Safe # 20021202348. Second by Mr. Merritt.

MOTION: Mr. Gaynor moved the Board approve the request from Bay State Gas for a Road Opening Permit to excavate to renew tee to curb cock off gas service to 841 Main St. A 3' x 5' road cut will be needed. Dig Safe # 20021403657. Second by Mr. Merritt.
