Property is located at South Street (between 166 South St and Rt 3) and shown on Assessor’s Maps 19C, 23A, 19D, 23B, Block 53 Lots 26, 27, 28, part of 45 & 46 Registry of Deeds Book 5718 pg 91 (Acton); Book 17196 pg 184 (Shute) and Book 3682 pg 711 (Perry) in Residential District A. Total land area is 35.79+ acres. Applicant has requested a continuance to January 7, 2009.
