8:00 P.M.- PUBLIC HEARING for One Longwater Circle Realty Company, LLC. to obtain Site Plan Approval under Sections 1500, 1520, Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420 and 2341e and a Variance under Sections 1322 a) b) c) to construct a 2-story 20,600 SF professional office building with accompanying parking on 4.2 acres. Also requesting to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 239 to 192 under Sections 3100 Parking and 3120 Number of Spaces. The lot is currently occupied by a 27,250 SF 3 –story office building.
