L. c. 40A, s.3.  Applicant is proposing to open a full day preschool program under a non-profit educational program serving ages 15 months to 4.11 years for a total of 19 children and 4 teachers which is a permitted use.  Lot is non-conforming with 7,452 sq. ft. where 43,560 sq. ft. is required.  No exterior alterations proposed.  Property is located at 11 Myers Avenue and shown on Assessor’s Map 12C, Block 25, Lot 49 Registry of Deeds Book 9907, Page 73 in Residential District B.  (Received a letter dated 7/22/05 from applicant withdrawing application.)

7:15 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING for David F. Doyle for a Special Permit under Section 2316 d) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add an in-law apartment and detached garage at 45 High Street .  The property is shown on Assessor’s Map 11B as Block 17 Lot 20 Registry of Deeds Book 23245 Page 295.  (The Board received a request by letter to withdraw application which will be discussed.)

7:20 P.M. - CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING for Storm Realty Trust, Mark X Ahern, Trustee for a Section 6 finding under MGL 40A and the Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Sections 1400, 1420, 1642, 2430 and 2431 to re-configurate lot lines where lot is non-conforming with 22.5’ of street frontage where 80 feet is required.  The property is located at 16 Westwind Acres and is shown on Assessor’s Map 16B, Block 52, Lot 15 Registry of Deeds Book 29516 Page 216 in Residential District A.
