7:50 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Patrick Murray for a Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420, 2341 (k) (required in Business District C) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed men’s spa.  Spa Tacus will offer a full service salon with a barber shop, manicure, pedicure, massage treatments and a library with a laptop computer area to be located in the lower level of 62 Accord Park Drive and shown on Assessor’s Map 11B, Block 17, Lot 7 Registry of Deeds Book 28330 Page 79.

8:00 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Autumn Woods of Norwell, Inc. for a Modified Comprehensive Permit of the original application which entails twenty-four upscale executive single family dwellings (condominiums) in Norwell/Scituate with (13) dwellings in Norwell, four affordable.  The parcel in the Town of Norwell is located off of Summer Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 3B, Block 10, Lots 7 (4.8 acres) and 10 (1.1 acres) Registry of Deeds Book 14091/137, 14091/13 and 14092/32.  Access roadway will be in Norwell.
