7:30 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Nicholas V. Trifone, III, Manager of Damon Farm, LLC. for a Comprehensive Permit 40B to construct a thirty-two (32) unit residential condominium development with a total of fifteen (15) structures proposed on the Norwell/Hingham line.  Eleven (11) buildings, containing twenty-four (24) residences with six (6) affordable are planned in the Town of Norwell.  The land in Norwell consists of approximately 8.5 acres at the intersection of Routes 228 and 53 (known as Queen Anne s’ Corner) with frontage on Washington Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 5D, Block 12, Lots 1 and 2 in Business District B Registry of Deeds Book 19830 Page 63.
