Trifone, III, Manager of Damon Farm, LLC. for a Comprehensive Permit 40B to construct a thirty-two (32) unit residential condominium development with a total of fifteen (15) structures proposed on the Norwell/Hingham line. Eleven (11) buildings, containing twenty-four (24) residences with six (6) affordable are planned in the Town of Norwell.
