7:30 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Hiram Pan for a variance under Sections 1322 a), b), c), 2441 (Front Yard) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  Inground pool is not in compliance with setback requirements for a corner lot.  Property is located on corner of 793 Main Street and Winter Street as shown on Assessor’s Map 15D, Block 48, Lots 14 & 15, Registry of Deeds Book 28571, Page 19.  Received a letter from Mr. Pan requesting a continuance to another date.

7:40 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Stephen & Joan Regan for a Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642, and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws because lot is non-conforming with 21, 780 sq. ft. where 43,560 sq. ft.  is required.  Work proposed will be to add a bedroom, bathroom and family room.  The property is located at 3 Ridge Hill Road and shown on Assessor’s Map 11B as Block 30, Lot 1 Registry of Deeds Book 16241, Page 225.

7:50 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Arro Building Services for a Special Permit (required in Business District C under Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Sections 1400, 1420, 2340, 2341e).  Arro Building Services is a real estate development firm occupying approximately 3,747 SF of space and requiring ten parking spaces at Lot 101 Longwater Circle-Building 2-Suite 100.  Property shown on Assessor’s Map 17B, Block 18, Lot 79 Registry of Deeds Book 4663 Page 214.

8:00 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for 400 Longwater Realty LLC. to obtain Site Plan Approval (Section1500, 1520) and Special Permits for uses allowed in Business District C under Sections 2340, 2341K)-Service Establishment and l, and 3100 (Parking), 3120 (Number of Spaces) to reduce parking from 43 to 34 under the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  Applicant wishes to construct an 8,500 SF building to be used by Bright Horizons, a children’s day care facility.  Property is located on Longwater Drive, Lot 61 in Assinippi Park and consists of 78,838 SF of land shown on Assessor’s Map 11D & 17B, Block 18, Lot 61.

8:30 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Autumn Woods of Norwell, Inc. for a Modified Comprehensive Permit of the original application which entails twenty-four upscale executive single family dwellings in Norwell/Scituate with (12) dwellings in Norwell, three affordable.  The parcel in the Town of Norwell is located off of Summer Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 3B, Block 10, Lots 7 (4.8 acres) and 10 (1.1 acres). Registry of Deeds Book 14091/137, 14091/13 and 14092/32.  Access roadway will be in Norwell.
