7:20 P.M. – Continued Public Hearing to re-visit the Special Permit granted to Richard Arnold per decision filed with Town Clerk on 3/17/04 for a deck, addition to the back of the house, a porch to the front and an increase in the length of the garage all within the required setback lines.  The property is located at 54 Grove Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 5D as Block 21 Lot 196 Registry of Deeds Book 11158 Page 313.


7:30 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Tiffany Hill, Inc. for a Comprehensive Permit for proposed affordable housing for a 66 unit-six building townhouse condominium development.  A waiver is requested to allow for more than one “one family detached dwelling and associated outbuildings” on a lot.  The property consists of approximately 18.4 acres with 430’ of frontage on the north side of Tiffany Road and shown on Assessor’s Map 26B, Block 74, Lot 15 with 8.9 acres and Map 26D, Block 74, Lot 14 with 9.5 acres, Plymouth Registry of Deeds Book 3475 Page 745 and Book 3997 Page 515 in Residential District A.
