7:50 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Cindy Stafford for a Special Permit (Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642, and 2421) because lot is non-conforming.  Lot is 0.33 acres where one acre is required.  Applicant wishes to add an 8’ x 8’ shed for storage of lawn & garden tools since basement can only be accessed from interior of house.  Property is located at 103 High Street and shown on Assessor’s Map as 11D, Block 17, Lot 34 Registry of Deeds Book 26909 Page 42.

8:00 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Autumn Woods of Norwell, Inc. for a Modified Comprehensive Permit of the original application which entails twenty-four upscale executive single family dwellings (condominiums) in Norwell/Scituate with (13) dwellings in Norwell, four affordable.  The parcel in the Town of Norwell is located off of Summer Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 3B, Block 10, Lots 7 (4.8 acres) and 10 (1.1 acres) Registry of Deeds Book 14091/137, 14091/13 and 14092/32.  Access roadway will be in Norwell.
