7:30 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Tiffany Hill, Inc. for a Comprehensive Permit for proposed affordable housing for a 66 unit-six building townhouse condominium development.  A waiver is requested to allow for more than one “one family detached dwelling and associated outbuildings” on a lot.  The property consists of approximately 18.4 acres with 430’ of frontage on the north side of Tiffany Road and shown on Assessor’s Map 26B, Block 74, Lot 15 with 8.9 acres and Map 26D, Block 74, Lot 14, with 9.5 acres Plymouth Registry of Deeds Book 3475 Page 745 and Book 3997 Page 515 in Residential District A.
