7:30 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Autumn Woods of Norwell, Inc. for a Comprehensive Permit for a proposed 59 unit affordable housing development located on the Norwell/Scituate town line off of Summer Street consisting in the Town of Norwell of (31) townhouse style condominium units of which (8) would be        affordable and one (1) affordable unit would be handicapped accessible.  The parcel in the Town of Norwell is located off of Summer Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 3B, Block 10, Lots 7 (4.8 acres) and 10 (1.1 acres) Registry of Deeds Book 14091/137, 14091/13 and 14092/32.  Access roadway will be in Norwell.
