7:25 P.M. – Continued Public Hearing for Matthew & Amy Ball for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, 2421 and 2441 (front yard setback) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws needed because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre or 17,750 sq. ft. where 43,560 sq. ft. is required.  Applicant wishes to build a porch w/columns to support overhang from proposed second floor addition.  The porch does not conform to front yard setbacks for Residential District B.  Property is located at 33 Duncan Drive and shown on Assessor’s Map 12D as Block 27, Lot 81 Registry of Deeds Book 1980 Page 172.
7:30 P.M. – Public Hearing for Stacey & Richard McNamee for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642 and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws required because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre or 15,700 sq. ft. whereas 43,560 sq. ft. is required.  Applicant wishes to add a second story to the single family house.  Property located at 52 Washington Park Drive and shown on Assessor’s Map 18A as Block 32, Lot 70 Registry of Deeds Book 10356 Page 69 in Residential District B.
7:40 P.M. – Public Hearing for John & Lisa Commesso for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642 and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws required because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre or 12,750 sq. ft. whereas 43,560 sq. ft. is needed.  Applicant wishes to add a second story to the single family house.  Property located at 39 Jacob’s Trail and shown on Assessor’s Map 12D as Block 27 Lot 36 Registry of Deeds Book 17789 Page 2 in Residential District B.
7:50 P.M. – Public Hearing for Karen Thissell for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws required because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre or 8,000 sq. ft. whereas 43,560 sq. ft. is needed.  Applicant wishes to add a porch/deck that would meet all setbacks.  Property is located at 34 Franklin Road and shown on Assessor’s Map 11B as Block 21 Lot 168 Registry of Deeds 21152 Page 222 in Residential District B.
8:00 P.M. – Continued Public Hearing for Tiffany Hill, Inc. for a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40 (b) Sections 20-23 for proposed affordable housing of a 66 unit-six building townhouse condominium development.  A waiver is requested to allow for more than one “one-family detached dwelling and associated outbuildings” on a lot.  The property consists of approximately 18.4 acres with 430’ of frontage on the north side of Tiffany Road and shown on Assessor’s Map 26B, Block 74, Lot 15 with 8.9 acres and Map 26D Block 74 Lot 14 with 9.5 acres Plymouth Registry of Deeds Book 3475 Page 745 and Book 3997 Page 515 in Residential District A.
