7:25 P.M. – Re-opening hearing for Edward & Alicia Curley because of new information concerning Business B and Residence B who are requesting a Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642, and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws because lot is non-conforming. 7:30 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for David E. Hughes for a Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642 and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws needed because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre or 22,814 sq. ft. where one acre is needed. Work proposed will be to add an 11’ x 19’ sunroom and remove wood deck.
