7:00 P.M. – BUSINESS MEETING

7:15 P.M. – Executive Session with Town Counsel (Room 108)

7:35 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for Assinippi Commons, LLC. for Site Plan Approval Section 1500 Special Permits Sections 2340, 2341e) Business or Professional Offices and Section 3120 Number of Parking Spaces to allow for the construction of two 2-story office buildings to be located at 101 Longwater Circle shown on Map 17B, Block 18, Lot 79, Registry of Deeds Book 4663 Page 214 in Business District C on a 6.36 acre site.  The total gross floor area of each building will be 14,600 square feet.

8:30 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Greg Webb for a Site Plan Review Section 1500, Special Permit pursuant to Sections 1420, 1642, 2421 3211 and a Variance pursuant to Sections 1322, 3222 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  The lot is located at 134-136 Washington Street in Business District B and part in Residential District B and shown on Assessor’s Map 11B, Block 19, Lot 12, Registry of Deeds Book 8634, Page 201.  Two existing buildings will be removed in order to construct one multi-use building with 3 (2) bedroom units and office/retail space.  An existing 15’ x 20’ garage/office to remain.  The new building will have 720 sq. ft. more area then the two existing buildings.

8:45 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for the Nocera Restaurant Group requesting Site Plan Approval Section 1500 for a proposed 21,120 sq. ft. one-story restaurant to be constructed on an existing 3200+ foundation.  Use is permitted in Business District B and complies with Aquifer Protection District Regulations.  The property is located at 376 Washington Street, referred to as Colonial Village Office and Retail Park and shown on Assessor’s Map 12C,Block 34, Lot 3, Registry of Deeds Book 11800 Page 4.

9:00 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Omnipoint Holdings, Inc. and Sprint Spectrum LP d/b/a as Sprint PCS for Site Plan approval Section 4600-Personal Wireless Service Facilities and Section 4642, Special Permit Section 4621b) and a Variance Section 4623a & e) 1 and 3) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a multi-carrier 150 ft. wireless telecommunications facility which exceeds the district height requirements and does not comply with the building setback provisions to meet the setback requirements of three times the height of the facility.  Property is currently used as a sawmill with associated buildings located at 156 Forest Street shown on Assessor’s Map 20B, Block 56, Lot 32, Registry of Deeds Book 5107 Page 495.  Parcel contains 12.82 +acres.
