7:30 P.M. - Hearing to review change request of Paul and Deborah Riley whom wish to increase the size of the garage from 18' x 24' to 24' x 24' on the Special Permit application originally approved and date stamped by the Town Clerk on 4/2/03.  Property is located at 106 Hall Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 11D & 12C Block 31, Lot 27, Registry of Deeds Book 17005 Page 192 in Residential District B.


7:35 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Richard & Gayle Hedstrom for a Special Permit under Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642 and 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws needed because lot is non-conforming being less than an acre (21,810 sq. ft.) where one acre or 43,560 sq. ft. is needed per zoning.  Work proposed will be to add three dormers to the front and a shed dormer to the back of the house and an 8

7:50 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Thomas & Concetta Bermingham for a Special Permit (Sections 1400, 1420, 1640, 1642 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws) to add a second story addition to a non-conforming lot.  An acre or 43,560 sq. ft. is required under Section 2421 where the lot is only 17,440 sq. ft.  A variance will be needed for the farmer
8:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws because the lot is non-conforming.  An acre or 43,560 sq. ft. is required under Section 2421 where the lot is only 28,751 sq. ft. or .66 acres.  The applicant is proposing an above ground pool that would meet all setbacks.  Property is located at 105 Grove Street and shown on Assessor's Map 6C, Block 13, Lot 19, Registry of Deeds Land Court Certificate #58699 in Residential District B.


8:10 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Lawrence Afienko for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws because the lot is non-conforming.  An acre or 43,560 sq. ft. is required under Section 2421 where lot is only 22,006 sq. ft. or .51 acres.  The applicant is proposing an above ground pool which would meet all setbacks.  Property is located at 20 Wendall Avenue and shown on Assessor's Map 12D, Block 27, Lot 121 Registry of Deeds Book 6439 Page 272 in Residential District B.


8:20 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Assinippi Commons, LLC. for Site Plan Approval Section 1500, Special Permits, Sections 2340, 2341e) Business or Professional Offices and Section 3120 Number of Parking Spaces to allow for the construction of two 2-story office buildings to be located at 101 Longwater Circle and shown on Assessor's Map 17B, Block 18, Lot 79, Registry of Deeds Book 4663 Page 214 in Business District C on a 6.36 acre site.  The total gross floor area of each building will be 14,600 sq. ft.


8:45 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Silver Brook LLC. of 227 South Street.  The Board wants to review the numerous drainage complaints received from abutters and local Town Boards relative to this site.
