7:35 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Paul and Deborah Riley for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, & 2421 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  The lot is less than an acre (22,929 sq. ft.).  Applicant wishes to add an 18 x 24 sq ft. garage with a room above it.  Property is located at 106 Hall Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 11D & 12C Block 31, Lot 27 Registry of Deeds Book 17005 and Page 192 in Residential District B.

7:50 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Fidelity Residential Solutions, Inc. under Sections 1420, 2340, 2341e) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws, use allowed by Special Permit in Business District C.  Use will be for office space only.  The property is located at 136 Longwater Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 17B Block 18, Lot 28, Registry of Deeds Book 22163 Page 135.

8:00 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Walpole Woodworkers, Inc. to amend Site Plan Section 1500, with displays of items offered for sale by applicant in the front yard that do not meet the front yard setback of 50 ft. Section 2441 and Section 2333a) for the sale of retail goods allowed only within an enclosed building per the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  A variance Section 1322 a)b)c) is required for the setback and display of goods.  The applicant is leasing space at 183 Washington Street.  Property shown on Assessor's Map 12A Block 20, Lot 41, Registry of Deeds Book 15814 Page 167 in Business District B.

8:30 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Scott L. 8:40 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for The Nocera Restaurant Group requesting Site Plan Approval Section 1500 for a proposed 21,120 s.f. one-story restaurant to be constructed on an existing 3200+ foundation.  Use is permitted in Business District B and complies with Aquifer Protection District Regs.  The property is located at 376 Washington Street, referred to as Colonial Village Office and Retail Park and shown on Assesso's Map 12C Block 34 Lot 3 Registry of Deeds Book 11800 Page 4.
