7:45 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Dennis J. Toth for a variance under Sections 1322a)b)c), 2421 (Lot Size), 2432 (Lot Width at Setback Line), 2433 and 2450 (Lot Shape) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to allow for the construction of a single-family dwelling on property located on Mount Blue Street shown on Assessor's Map 8D, Block 43, Lot 45, Registry of Deeds Book 3469, Page 549 in Residential District A.

7:50 P.M. - Public Hearing for Benefit Plan Management, Inc. for a Special Permit (required in Business District C under Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Sections 2340 and 2341e) to occupy 12,770 sq. ft. of the building located at 136 Longwater Drive.  The company administers medical and dental health plans of self-insured employer groups; processing and paying claims.  The property is located on Assessor's Map 17B Block 18 Lot 28 Registry of Deeds Book 16157 Page 216.

8:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Greg Webb for a Site Plan review (Section 1500) Special Permit pursuant to Sections 1420, 1642 (Change, Extension, or Alteration), 2421 (Lot Size), 3211 (District Boundary Buffers) and a Variance pursuant to Section 1322, 3222 (Sideline planting) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  The lot is located at 134-136 Washington Street in Business District B and part in Residential District B and shown on Assessor's Map 11B, Block 19, Lot 12, Registry of Deeds Book 8634, Page 201.  Lot is non-conforming containing 0.952 acres where one acre is required.  Two existing buildings will be removed in order to construct one multi-use building with 3 (2) bedroom units and office/retail space.  An existing 15' x 20' garage/office to remain.  The new building will have 720 sq. ft. more area then the two existing buildings.

9:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Omnipoint Holdings, Inc. and Sprint Spectrum LP d/b/a as Sprint PCS for a Site Plan approval (Section 4600-Personal Wireless Service Facilities and Section 4642), Special Permit (Section 4621b) and a Variance (Section 4623a & e) 1 and 3) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a multi-carrier 150 ft. wireless telecommunications facility which exceeds the district height requirements and does not comply with the building setback provisions to meet the setback requirements of three times the height of the facility.  Property is currently used as a saw mill with associated buildings located at 156 Forest Street, Assessor's Map 20B, Block 56, Lot 32, Registry of Deeds Book 5107 Page 495.  Parcel contains 12.82 + acres.
