7:30 P.M. - Business Meeting

7:35 P.M. - Noble Sales Company, Inc., for a Special Permit which is required in Business District C under Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Sections 1420a)b)c), 2340 and 2341 e).  The use of the facility is office use only.  The property is located at 104 Longwater Drive-Unit 103 and shown on Assessor's Map 17B, Block 18, Lot 41.

7:45 P.M. - Informal Hearing with JVO Corporation to review the changes to the site plan approved by the Fire Chief in response to Conditions 2, 8, and 12 of the Norwell Zoning Board decision stamped 8/7/02 by the Town Clerk.  The Board will determine the impact on the original Site Plan.  Property is located on Longwater Drive, Assinippi Park, in Business District C-2 within the Aquifer Protection District (Section 4300) and shown on Assessor's Map 17B, Block 18, Lot 77, Registry of Deeds Book 22094, Page 182-188, totaling 1.89 acres.

8:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Omnipoint Holdings, Inc. and Sprint Spectrum LP d/b/a Sprint PCS for Site Plan Approval (Section 4600-Personal Wireless Service Facilities and Section 4642), Special Permit  (Section 4621b) and a Variance (Section 4623 a & e) 1 and 3) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a multi-carrier 150 ft. wireless telecommunications facility which exceeds the district height requirements and does not comply with the building setback provisions to meet the setback requirements of three times the height of the facility.  Property is currently used as a saw-mill with associated buildings located at 156 Forest Street, Assessor's Map 20b, Block 56, Lot 32, Registry of Deeds, Book 5107 Page 495.  Parcel contains 12.82 + acres.
