7:30 P.M. - BUSINESS MEETING

7:35 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for South Shore Medical Center for a Site Plan modification under Sections 1500, 1510 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed 35' x 60' second level addition for office and waiting room space for property located at 75 Washington Street and shown on Assessor's Map 5D as Block 12, Lot 22, Certificate of Title 30503.  Property is located in Business District B and the Aquifer Protection District.  The addition will not affect any requirements regulating the percentage of impervious area on the site.

7:45 P.M. - Michael and Nancy Palimeri requesting a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1642 Change, Extension or Alteration & 2421 Lot Size) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add a 10' x 19' addition onto the back of the house.  The lot is 21,780 sq. ft. where 43,560 sq. ft. is required for minimum lot size.  Property is located at 271 High Street and shown on Assessor's Map 17B & 18A Block 18 Lot 19 Registry of Deeds Book 14474 Page 79 in Residential District B.

8:00 P.M. - Chester & Karen Flynn for a Special Permit under Sections 1420, 1642 (Change, Extension, or Alteration) & 2432 (where lot width at required setback line shall be 150 feet) & 2433 (no two points on lot lines shall be less than eighty feet apart).  Applicant wishes to make the storage shed a storage/workshop.  Property is located at 28 Mt. Blue Street and shown on Assessor's Map 8B & 8D, Block 9, Lot 92 Registry of Deeds Book 16487 Page 84 in Residential District A.

8:15 P.M. - Denise Rachel for a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1642 (Change, Extension, or Alteration) & 2431 (Minimum Frontage) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add an addition (music room).  Minimum frontage required is 80 feet and only 42.35 feet is shown on plan.  Property is located at 179 Norwell Avenue and shown on Assessor's Map 8D, Block 43, Lot 30 Registry of Deeds Book 12755 Page 135 in Residential District A.

8:30 P.M. - Liddell Development, LLC. for a Special Permit under Section 2341b)c)e) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed change in use to allow for office, warehouse and light manufacturing at 61 Accord Park Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 11B, Block 17, Lots 73 & 74 Registry of Deeds Book 11169, Page 217.

9:00 P.M. -Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey Gates, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Murphy and Mr. & Mrs. Paul Hegner appealing, under Sections 1323a) & c) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws, the Building Inspector's letter of 8/7/02 and his decision to issue a building permit on 8/28/02 for a large barn at 390/396 Circuit Street.  It appears that the property has been approved for agricultural exemptions under Section 2313b.  Property is located in Residential District A and shown on Assessor's Map 21A & C, Block 59, Lots 9 & 37.
