NORWELL ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

7:50 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for South Shore Medical Center for a Site Plan modification under Sections 1500, 1510 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed 35' x 60' second level addition for office and waiting room space for property located at 75 Washington Street and shown on Assessor's Map 5D as Block 12, Lot 22, Certificate of Tile 30503.  Property is located in Business District B and the Aquifer Protection District.  The addition will not affect any requirements regulating the percentage of impervious area on the site.

8:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for a Site Plan Review (Section 1500) Special Permit pursuant to Section 1420, 1642 (Change, Extension, or Alteration), 2421 (Lot Size), 3211 (District Boundary Buffers) and a Variance pursuant to Section 1322, 3222 (Sideline planting) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw.  The lot is located at 134-136 Washington Street in Business District B and part in Residential District B and shown on Assessor's Map 11B, Block 19, Lot 12, Registry of Deeds Book 8634, Page 201.  Lot is non-conforming containing 0.952 acres where one acre is required.  Two existing buildings will be removed in order to construct one multi-use building with 3-2 bedroom units and office/retail space.  An existing 15' x 20' garage/office to remain.  The new building will have 720 sq. ft. more area then the two existing buildings.

8:30 P.M. - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Marshall and Donna Wood requesting a Special Permit under Sections 4100, 4120, 4200, 4240, 4241a) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a minimum width wooden pile supported dock and seasonal gangway and float to be located at 31 London Hill Lane and identified on Assessor's Map 21B, as Block 60, Lot 36, Registry of Deeds Book 99730 which is in the Salt Marsh Conservation District, Flood Plain and Watershed and Wetlands Protection District.

8:40 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Dennis A. Hart for a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1642, Change, Extension, or Alteration & 2421 Lot Size) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add a conservatory room on a lot with a total land area of 18,000 sq. ft. where one acre is required.  Property is located at 194 High Street and shown on Assessor
8:50 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Edward J. LeNormand for a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1642 Change, Extension, or Alteration & 2421 Lot Size) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to extend existing bedroom by 118 sq. ft. and enclose and extend part of existing deck by 286 sq. ft. on a lot less than 1 acre.  Property is located at 489 Grove Street and shown on Assessor's Map 7A, Block 15, Lot 15, Registry of Deeds Book 9845, Page 208 in Residential District A.

9:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Assinippi Park Associates to obtain Site Plan Approval (Section 1500) and Special Permits (Section 2340 and 2341e), f) and l)-uses allowed by Special Permit in Business District C of the Norwell Town Bylaws to allow for the construction of a one-story, 4,000 sq. ft. building with 30 seat restaurant/deli and office with accessory parking facilities shown on Assessor's Map 17B as Block 18, Lot 54 and a part of Lot 77, totaling 2.51 acres in the Assinippi Industrial Park.  The site is located in Zone 2 of the Aquifer Protection Overlay District.
