7:30 P.M. - Meeting with the Board of Selectmen (requesting fee increases)
7:45 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for JVO Corporation to modify a Site Plan (Section 1500) which was originally approved by the ZBA on a decision stamped by Town Clerk on January 23, 2002 for a two story 10,600 sq. ft. office building. The modifications consist of the rotation of the building and reconfiguration of the parking area. The buildingRegistry of Deeds Book 22094, Page 182-188, totaling 1.89 acres.
7:50 P.M. - Public Hearing for South Shore Medical Center for a Site Plan modification under Sections 1500, 1510 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed 35'x 60' second level addition for office and waiting room space for property located at 75 Washington Street and shown on Assessor's Map 5D as Block 12, Lot 22, Certificate of Title 30503. Property is located in Business District B and the Aquifer Protection District. The addition will not affect any requirements regulating the percentage of impervious area on the site.
8:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Alfredo and Rosina Aiello for a Site Plan Review under Section 1500 of the Norwell Zoning By-Laws for 72 Washington Street (formerly Shell Service Station). The property will be used for the operation of a retail Italian food store and is shown on Assessor's Map 5D, Block 17, Lot 13.
8:05 P.M. - Public Hearing for Marshall and Donna Wood for a request for a Special Permit under Sections 4100, 4120, 4200, 4240, 4241a) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a minimum width wooden pile supported dock and seasonal gangway and float to be located at 31 London Hill Lane and identified on Assessor's Map 21B, as Block 60, Lot 36, Registry of Deeds Book 99730 which is in the Salt Marsh conservation District, Flood Plain and Watershed and Wetlands Protection District.
8:10 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Denise M. Borden appealing the determination of the Building Inspector (Section 1323a) by memo dated 4 26 2002 concerning the conversion of an existing dwelling to a two-family permitted under (Section 2311b). The Building Inspector states “that an addition has substantially altered the character and size of the structure”. The property is located at 841 Main Street with a total land area of 3.82 acres and shown on Assessor's Map 15D as Block 51 Lot 20 Registry of Deeds Book 20121 Page 97-99. Original house built in 1876.
8:20 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Norwell Washington, LLC. for a Comprehensive Permit under Chapter 40(b) Section 20-23 for the construction, in phases, of forty four (44) dwelling units in twelve (12) buildings, located on eleven (11) acres of land to be built at 239 Washington Street. The parcel contains 7.8 acres of upland and 3.2 acres of wetlands, as determined by the Norwell Conservation Commission. Property is shown on Assessor's Map 12A and 12C, Block 24, Lots 4 and 5, Registry of Deeds Book 5609 Page 36.
10:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Gina M. Volandre for a Special Permit under Section 1400, 1420a)b)c) for the boarding of horses and riding lessons on property located at 390 Circuit Street and shown on Assessor's Map 21A & C, Block 59, Lots 9 & 37. There is 6.16 acres of land, amount allowed for agricultural use.
